Multicomponent becomes part of OEM Electronics AB

Dear Customer,

In February 2026, we announced that Multicomponent Norden AB had become part of the OEM International Group. Since then, together with OEM Electronics AB, we have worked to create even better conditions for our customers by combining our strengths, expertise, and resources.

We would now like to inform you about the next step in this development.

On 1 October 2026, Multicomponent’s operations will be integrated into OEM Electronics AB.

For you as a customer, this change means a broader offering and access to more resources, while retaining the expertise, service, and personal contact you are accustomed to from Multicomponent. By bringing together our product expertise and logistics, we will deliver even greater value to you.

What does this change mean for you?

• Your current contacts and the technical expertise relating to Multicomponent’s products will remain available.
• By combining the product portfolios of Multicomponent and OEM Electronics, you will gain access to a broader range, more technical solutions, and expanded specialist expertise.
• Sales, deliveries, service, and support will be handled by a larger and stronger organisation.
• From 1 October 2026, all incoming and outgoing deliveries will be handled from OEM Electronics’ warehouse in Tranås. You may continue to send your orders to the same contacts. However, from this date onwards, all orders must be made out to OEM Electronics AB rather than Multicomponent Norden AB.
