LEDs & light pipes

The combination of surface-mounted LEDs and light guides is a good option for directing light to the panel in small and confined spaces. We offer both fixed and flexible light guides. These are connected with various types of adapters, making it easy to install the light guides directly over the LED. This is an ideal solution if you want to gather all electronic components together on a single PCB.

Fixed light pipes 
Fixed light guides are used when the section to the panel is horizontal or vertical. Available in a range of lengths and sizes, and with a choice of lenses. The light guides are available as “Press fit" connections, which are pressed into place from the inside/outside of the panel or connected directly to the PCB above the light source. Made of polycarbonate for optimum light transmission.

Flexible light pipes 
A flexible light guide can be used where the light source is located far from the panel or when you need to go around a component in order to reach. Available up to 100 metres in length and with a selection of different lens types. It is also possible to attach the light guide directly to your circuit-mounted LED using an adapter.

Surface-mounted LEDs 
We offer surface-mounted LEDs in a range of variants and sizes for the PCB. Single-colour or multi-colour with both clear and diffuse lenses for different types of scattering angles.
