Targeted air flow to protect against moisture and frost
PTC fan heaters are powerful heaters for a targeted air flow and optimal climate in control cabinets and electrical enclosures. They achieve an output of between 5 W and 800 W, depending on type, and cannot overheat thanks to the PTC effect. With the right combination of fan heater and corresponding accessories, the desired temperature is set automatically – dynamic and energy efficient at the same time.
The application options for PTC fan heaters are almost limitless. Thanks to their compact size, they can be integrated into enclosures of any size, where they reliably maintain a stable ambient temperature. In most fan heaters, the fan and the heating element can be operated separately, allowing them to be used for cooling as well through the air circulation mode. PTC fan heaters have been used for many years to protect electronic components from temperature, moisture and frost, for example in control cabinets, ATMs, webcams and wind turbines – to name just a few.

Cabinet heater without fan 

PTC convection heaters are powerful heaters, designed to achieve an optimal climate in control cabinets and electrical enclosures through natural convection. They achieve an output of between 20 W and 240 W, depending on type, and cannot overheat thanks to the PTC effect. The aluminium profile allows optimal heat transfer through a chimney effect and delivers maximum performance without a fan.
The application options for convection heaters are almost limitless. Thanks to their multi-voltage capacity, they can be operated worldwide with almost the same power output. Their slim design and terminal block allow easy, space-saving integration in customer applications. Designed with thermal insulation against the DIN rail and with optional protection against accidental contact, they are suitable for applications with high safety requirements. Convection heaters are used in all types of control cabinets and electrical enclosures, where they reliably protect electronic components against moisture and frost.
