Our solder paste range includes various types to cover most needs: No-clean, water-washable, halogen-free, for printing or dispensing. They are available in various particle sizes, with Types 3 and 4 as standard, as well as Type 5 on request. Lead-free alloys with different compositions, now most commonly SAC305 and 90iSC (sometimes known as innolot), the lead-free alloy offering extra high reliability in tough applications, as well as lead-containing paste.
Multicore GC10
Temperature-stable solder paste that can be stored for a year at room temperature. This has excellent printing properties and leaves bright and shiny solder joints after remelting.
Multicore GC3W
Water-washable, room temperature-stable solder paste in the same family as GC10. It can be stored at room temperature for six months and twice as long in the refrigerator.
Multicore GC18
An improved version of the award-winning GC10, which has now been on the market for a number of years. GC18 remelts perfectly in air without nitrogen, contributing to a major cost saving, and the solder joints also have minimal voids.
Multicore GC50
Room temperature-stable solder paste for jetting, adapted to Mycronic’s standard ejector AG04 for Dot diameter 330–570 µm.
Most of the following solder pastes are stocked in 500 g jars for rapid delivery, even in small volumes: GC10 SAC305, LF318 SAC387, MP218 Sn62 (tin/lead/silver). The remaining variants are made to order.
