Reflections, side lobes and other airborne interference occur in all microwave systems. Microwave absorber materials are used to capture this interference and convert it into heat.
The absorber materials have a very wide frequency range and are available in a variety of materials, such as urethane and silicone elastomers, foam, thermoplastics and other specific materials that are modified to the correct properties.
