Quantum dot Mini-LED
Our suppliers are showcasing a new breakthrough in the development of borderless mini-LED displays. The P0.47 mini-LED display solution has a thickness of less than 0.5 mm. Any number of display tiles can be spliced and thus any display size and configuration can be implemented. The current mini-LED offers advantages in terms of brightness, reliability and service life. The contrast ratio of this display is up to 1,000,000:1. It shows every detail of the image perfectly.

Micro-LED technology
Micro-LED display technology is a pixel-matrix display consisting of LED chips measuring less than than 50 micrometres. The LED chip is driven by an active driver. Compared to the current mainstream display technology, direct-light LEDs offer advantages such as higher brightness, high resolution, high contrast, wide colour gamut, high reliability, low power consumption, high operating temperature and long service life.
Transparency:
Thanks to the small size of the LEDs, at less than 50 micrometres – which is below the resolution of the human eye – it is possible to make transparent displays while the LED chip itself remains invisible.
Flexibility:
Micro-LEDs can be placed on flexible substrates, which makes it possible to adapt the display itself to curved surfaces. Folding mobile phones are a good example of this.
Seamless splicing:
Since the LED chip can be placed on the drive source right up to the edge, different displays can be spliced together like tiles to form a larger display surface, while the connection between them is (almost) invisible. Display surfaces ranging from small to very large can be manufactured, offering considerable potential for many different applications. Micro-LEDs are considered to be the next generation of industrial display technology with promising future prospects.
