Flexible heating solutions – PTC

Flexible heaters printed with PTC ink are based on intelligent, self-regulating technology. As the temperature in the system rises, the resistance of the heating element automatically increases, which reduces the power output. The result is a self-limiting heater that never becomes hotter than intended – completely without external temperature limiters.

This unique property makes flexible PTC heaters ideal even for demanding and sensitive applications, such as products that come into contact with skin or textiles. Thanks to the built-in temperature regulation, they offer a high level of safety, reliability, and comfort.

The heating element is extremely thin – as thin as a foil, creating new possibilities in design and integration. At the same time, production costs are reduced, enabling cost-effective solutions without compromising performance or quality.

Upon request, the product can be delivered with self-adhesive backing, either fully or partially, and can be equipped with any preferred cable type and connector for easy installation and integration into your system.

Through continuous development of new materials, our supplier Alper has developed PTC heaters that are highly flexible, high-performing, and have a long service life.

In addition, manufacturing is based on additive processes that generate minimal and non-hazardous waste – making it a sustainable choice for both people and the environment.
