Shielding boxes

To stop EMI radiation, sensitive parts of the PCB need to be electrically shielded. One effective solution is to add an earthed metal shield (shielding box) around the component you want to protect, or protect other components from. The attenuation can also be strengthened over a wider frequency band by inserting a microwave absorber material into the lid.
We can supply flexible and cost-effective standard or customised solutions for shielding boxes. Features such as special cut-outs, ventilation holes and other specific requirements can be added to create the right PCB for your application. Everything is possible!
