With our materials from Wacker Silicones and Henkel Electronics, we are able to protect your electronics while managing residual thermal energy. • Elastosil RT607 Silicone casting compound, 9:1 high application temperature Thermal conductivity 0.4 W/mK has been UL94 V-0 rated
• Elastosil RT675 Silicone casting compound, 1:1 high application temperature Thermal conductivity 1.1 W/mK
• Stycast 4350 Silicone casting compound, high application temperature Thermal conductivity 0.95 W/mK
• 2850FT Blue – Epoxy, blue, very hard, Electrically insulating for high voltage applications, thermal conductivity 1.38 W/(m-K)
• 2851FT – Epoxy, black, hard, thermal conductivity 1.36 W/(m-K)
• Technomelt PA 6773, grey (low pressure moulding)
