Contact heaters – PTC

Dynamic heating for small spaces.
PTC heating profiles and cartridge heaters are dynamic contact heaters that combine the functions of heating and temperature limitation. They achieve a maximum surface temperature of between 60°C and 240°C, depending on the type, and cannot overheat thanks to the self-regulating PTC effect. With an appropriate design for each customer application, the heater can reach the desired temperature without additional control – dynamic and energy efficient at the same time.

The application options for PTC contact heaters are almost limitless, as they fit into the smallest installation spaces. Thanks to their multi-voltage capacity, they can be operated worldwide with almost the same power output. Designed with protection rating II and approved according to international standards, they are suitable for applications with high safety requirements. PTC contact heaters are used to heat solids, containers, liquids and devices, for example in control displays, medical equipment, control valves or fuel dispensers.
